We believe in voters choosing their politicians rather than politicians choosing their voters.  Gerrymandering is a national problem on both sides of the political spectrum. Electoral districts should be formed in a fair and open process in the best interest of all Granite Staters.  We know that America’s faith in government has been shaken, and creating a fair and transparent system of redistricting would help restore the public’s confidence. That is why I support, through Constitutional Amendment or a legislative fix, an independent commission to oversee the redistricting process in New Hampshire.
