Giving or Submitting Testimony

Thank you for signing up to testify in person or in writing on the Jan 31, 2022 1-4 pm for  NH Senate public hearing on the HB 50 NH House, HB 52 Congressional, and possibly an amendment on the SB 241 Executive Council voting districts.   

The hearing will be held in the NH State House in Representatives Hall.   Go to the 2nd floor, then up a second short set of stairs and into the hall.   Please socially distance and mask for the entirely of the hearing.

If you are testifying in person or in writing, please send your prepared testimony to the Senate Election Law & Municipal Affairs Committee using these emails:

and address the committee:   "Dear Chairman Gray and Senate Election Law & Municipal Affairs Committee members:"

If you are testifying in person, please make copies and submit them to the committee (5 copies for the committee + 5 for the media), OR please send your electronic version to [email protected] and we will make copies for you and ODA staff will submit at the hearing.

If you testifying in writing, not in person, please send an electronic version please send your electronic version to [email protected] and she will make copies for you and ODA staff will submit at the hearing.
