WHEN 4 days to go October 29, 2026 at 6:00pm 1 hr

Wondering where the money's coming from in the Governor's and US Senate races here in New Hampshire?  Then join us for a quick, 1 hour program: Follow the Money,  Thursday, October 29, 6pm EASTERN, on Zoom.

We'll present a practical introduction to understanding corporate cash through campaign-finance disclosures, documenting investigative leads, and using public records for evidence-based accountability and campaign-finance reform.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to:

  • Locate relevant New Hampshire state filings and federal FEC filings, and identify the committee and reporting period being examined.
  • Recognize receipts, contributions, expenditures, loans, debts, itemized entries, memo information, conduits, amendments, and lobbyist-bundling disclosures.
  • Follow a demonstrated workflow for cleaning a filing export and calculating geographic contribution shares.
  • Use organizational records, Form 990 filings, news reporting, and other research resources such as opensecrets to investigate a lead.
  • Distinguish a documented fact, an inference, and an unresolved question; identify a responsible advocacy or accountability step.

ODA Board member Ben Radcliffe and staff members will present a slideshow to demonstrate actual filings, research tools, and data-cleaning methods.

RSVP today and take a deep dive into 2026 contributions to the Governor's and US Senate races!
